I think so. There's got to be a level to cut off...like only bruising every other chapter or blood every two chapters. Either way, I think I broke the DeanWhumpage barrier a long time ago. But, damn, it's so enjoyable!
And yes, I agree with a few of the comments up there, it's great that you've written a fic where *Dean* is special for some reason...it's what us Dean fans were yearning for.
I'm a Dean fan myself, so I feel the pain. I just don't like the idea that Sam is the "special one" and all this other junk while Dean has nothing. I don't even like writing about Sam's telekinesis and premonitions, which is how much I dislike the whole idea, really.
